1. Was your salesman pleasant and thorough in his explanation of your contract and the work we were about to do for you?

Yes! Jeff Bittle was more than helful and very pleasant. Jeff did a lot to solve our color issue and gave us addresses of houses we could view to make our choice.


2. Did Jason Milliken, our operations manager, call you the day before to give you a “heads up” on when the job was beginning? Was he pleasant and informative about your warranty?

Yes! Jason was upfront about all the construction steps and did a wall aound walk around when the job was completed.
