1. Was your salesman pleasant and thorough in his explanation of your contract and the work we were about to do for you?

Our salesman was very nice and courteous. Though we had other estimates, he was the main reason we used Heartland.

2. Did Jason Milliken, our operations manager, call you the day before to give you a “heads up” on when the job was beginning? Was he pleasant and informative about your warranty?

Jason did call before the day the job began, even thoug hit was on a sunday. He is a very nice, pleasant young man and knows this business. We appreciate that.

3. Is there anything we could have done differently to make this process better?

I can't think of anything, since we were very satisfied with the work process.
